GC California Constructor and Concrete Construction. He has been invited to speak before groups from the World of Concrete to the National Safety Management Society.
Dave is a Certified Safety Professional (Board Certified), an Associate in Risk Management and a Certified Safety and Health Manager. He is a Professional Member of the American Society of Safety Engineers and was made a member of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society. He is a member of the National Fire Protection Association.
Dave received the distinguished ASSE Consultants Practice Specialty (CPS) Safety Professional of the Year (SPY) award at ASSE’s 100th Anniversary Professional Development Conference (PDC), held June 12-15, 2011 in Chicago, IL. The American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE) recognized safety professionals across the country for their contributions to the safety, health and environmental (SH&E) field, as well as their contributions to individual practice specialties.
He is a graduate of Cogswell Polytechnical College (BS Safety Management) and Ohio University (BGS Government/Communication). Continuing education includes the University of Southern California’s Institute of Safety and Systems Management and the University of California.
